I was nicely surprise by the location.. staff was kind.... clean sheets... clean towels... buses.. taxis.. all nearby..the breakfast is continental....
Hotel Feature Tip :
Buses go to walmart... the beaches on the other side of the street.. and large market place two doors down.

very clean rooms, noisy ac, breakfast very simple only coffe, cereal, pastry and milk, the room i was on the ac was too noisy to be able to sleep, wi-fi is on but low signal strengh at room.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location right off intersection of Ave. Coba and Ave. Tulum. Ave. Coba goes directly into the Hotel Zone prividing easy access to beaches. Nearby Market 23/28 has cheap excellent local food. The room we stayed is clean with firm bedding. The air condition is working but not adjustable. The room faces backyard and is quiet at night. Breakfast serves fresh orange juice. The hotel is a good value for what it offers. Cons - -no elevator to 2nd floor

-The market 23 or 28 near the hotel has excellent set lunch/dinner menu with great price
