good location service with a smile but very noisy
very friendly, close to beach, restaurants, shops and ferry
The first 2 nights were a drama as we were on the left wing and located next to a bar, busy street with cars and next to school. I needed ear plugs! After my complaint, that the reception admitted they organised a lovely quiet room on the other side. The service is great and they go out of their way. If you are looking for a Mexican experience this is NOT the place! Very very touristy!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip :
I did alot of diving which is great on the Island I also did the Tulum pyramids. Interesting.

beautiful, modern rooms,upper floor ocean view was very nice. friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, best beach location, attentive beach staff. top 3 hotel on island. Cons - only con was mini bar stocked without my request mid stay and attempt to charge me at checkout although I had not used it. problem was cleared up in short order

those of you wanting to take advantage of all of the wonderful restaurants on the island my want to opt out of the all inclusive.

good choice in isla mujeres
It feels little too much like a condo than hotel, but overall it's pretty good.
The location is superb. right in front of the beautiful beach. In fact, the beach here is thousand time better than beaches in main Cancun.
We went with all inclusive option, and we are quite satisfied with our choice. They offer 3 restaurants + poolside bar, also includes mini bar, altough they'll only restock'em daily. Cons - staff
Restaurant Tip :
There are many good restaurants in the island, with much better price tags than Cancun. If you stay multi nights here, don't go with all inclusive option all the way, half and half would be enough
