OK location, renovation needed
Price, location. Walking distance to several shops.
The room was fine for budget staying. Air conditioning was nice. The room was not soundproof so we woke up a lot during nights when people came back from nightclubs.
Traveltip: Take the bus to downtown Cancun. There's some nice markets and stuff. Also Isla Mujeres is very nice place. The ferry to there leaves from Playa Tortugas which is about 1.5km walking distance from hotel. Cons - It has seen it's best days and in a need of renovation. Wifi was not free. Shower didn't always have hot water.
