Mid-Class Hotel with Good Friendly Service
Good location, large room and very friendly and helpful service. Good breakfast.
this is comfortable, good mid-class and (by cancun standards) small hotel with friendly and helpful service. it is well located at the cancun city end of the beach strip; the beach is good for bathing and lounging and the hotel pool areas are also nice (though a bit confined). there a number of shops, restaurants and other amenities within close walking distance. the studio room was large and clean with a separate sitting area, kitchenette and balcony. it's not really a business hotel but i guess none of them in this area really are and this was a good compromise - business / leisure solution. this was the low season and i could imagine it could get a bit overcrowded if the hotel is really full. Cons - hot water in the room was a bit unreliable but they did fix it
Travel tip :
use the bus to get up and down the strip - it costs 8,5 pesos and runs pretty much every 10 minutes throughout the day and night.
